How do I enroll?

Applying for Job Corps is easy! Please call (800) 733-JOBS, and the operator will place you in contact with a Job Corps Admissions Counselor in your area.

You must be eligible to enroll in Job Corps. Eligibility requirements include:

• Between at least 16 and not yet 25 years old
• Be a U.S. citizen or immigrant with permanent resident status
• Meet low-income criteria
• Minors will require a signed consent from your parent or legal guardian
• Not be currently engaged in illegal drug use

Job Corps is committed to providing a safe place for you. For this reason, we have a strongly
enforced Zero Tolerance Policy for drugs and violence. This means that drugs and violence are
not allowed for any reason.

All students are tested for drugs upon entering Job Corps and can be tested at any time if suspected
of drug use while on center. Any violent act is grounds for immediate removal. Above all, Job Corps
is concerned for students' safety, and wants to ensure an environment that supports students who
are motivated to learn and succeed.
